A La Carte
The A La Carte program seeks to provide a nutritious meal, free of charge, to anyone who needs food. Born out of a partnership between Loaves & Fishes and Joint Venture Silicon Valley, the program provides food to cover two meals for 3-4 people at a time, but individuals are welcome to receive a prepared meal, as they can be reheated/frozen to provide meals for several days. The program visits the Belle Haven School at Ivy Plaza in Menlo Park on Fridays, from 3:15-4:15 p.m. They are also recruiting corporate and academic partners and collaborating with nonprofits, city and county governments to help people struggling with food insecurity. Current sponsors include Facebook, Loaves & Fishes, Joint Venture Silicon Valley, FlagShip, CalRecycle.

You may be eligible for this offer if at least one resident in the household participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); your address is in AT&T's 21-state service area, at which AT&T offers wireline home Internet service; and you do not have outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program. AT&T will assign the fastest of these speed tiers available at the customer's address: 10 megabits per second, for $10 per month; 5 megabits per second, for $10 per month; or 3 megabits per second, for $5 per month. Arts organizations are facing unprecedented challenges as they?ve suspended public programming to help our communities adapt to life-saving shelter-in-place orders. This Emergency Loan will support arts and culture nonprofits and fiscally sponsored organizations in the eleven Bay Area counties. Organizations can apply for these low-interest loans to cover basic expenses such as staff salaries, artist payments, rent and other operating costs during this challenging time. Preference is given to small and mid-sized arts and culture organizations (with budgets under $2 million).
