The City of Menlo Park is now accepting electronic and paper bids on public works projects.

Bid information is open to the public and registered vendors may download solicitations at no cost. For information on public projects, please visit the PlanetBids Vendor Portal.
If you are interested in being placed on the City's vendor list for public projects, please complete the online vendor registration. Registered vendors will receive email notifications based on the product or service categories selected. Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate profile information to receive timely information and notification for bid opportunities.
All proposals and bid documents will become the property of the City of Menlo Park. Upon selection of the successful proposal and before award of the contract, the proposals will become public record and subject to disclosure, as required by the California Public Records Act.
