Curbside pickup

The City of Menlo Park offers limited “curbside pickup” of library books and audiovisual materials. Our curbside pickup service is safe, contactless, and fully compliant with public health orders.

How it works

  1. Place holds on the items you want in the library catalog, just like you normally would
  2. When your holds are ready, you’ll get an email saying they're "ready for pickup"
  3. Not sure if your holds are ready? Check your library account
  4. Once your holds are "ready for pickup," then schedule your pickup appointment. Appointments are available at the locations shown below.
  5. You must have your library card with you at the time of pickup

Ground rules

  • Items must be ordered in advance (placed on hold) through the library catalog
  • Pickup is by appointment only. We can't serve you if you don't have an appointment
  • For your safety and ours, the library building remains closed to the public at this time
  • Social distancing (6' or more), face coverings, and hand sanitizing are required
