NaNoWriMo Closing Ceremonies

Monday, November 30, 2020

It's National Novel Writing Month! Join us for the grand finale of our seat-of-your-pants writing adventure - your journey is just beginning!

National Novel Writing Month is coming to an end. Whether you’ve written a whole novel this month, stopped somewhere along the way, or only just learned about the event, we’ll take this opportunity to celebrate, share what we’ve learned, and get fired up for our future writing.

About Megan McDonald
Megan was named Literary Stage “Exhibitor of the Year” at the San Mateo County Fair in 2018, and also placed in that contest’s poetry and fiction divisions in 2019. More recently, she read a pair of personal essays at Bay Area Generations, a literary salon. She is at work on a novel about how the threat of wildfire impacts ranching and agriculture on the West Coast. Megan is on the board of the SF/Peninsula Writers, a branch of the California Writers Club.

About the California Writers Club
The California Writers Club is dedicated to writers helping writers. The group holds regular meetings, workshops, lectures, and networking events for encouraging, championing and cheering on fellow writers.
