The City of Menlo Park will accept sealed bids for Jack Lyle Park Restroom Project: The work to be done consists of the installation of a pre-fabricated restroom building, demolition and subgrade preparation, utility installation work including potable water, electric power, and sanitary sewer connections to existing on and off site utilities, tree protection and root pruning, integral color concrete paving, sidewalk, curb & gutter, landscape restoration, traffic control and all appurtenant work such that the proposed improvements are in place and ready for use, all as shown on the plans and described in the Specifications.

A valid Class A license is required for this project. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed according to Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 7000 et seq. Specialized services shall be performed by contractors licensed in the appropriate classifications. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed or be awarded a contract on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Cal. Labor Code § 1725.5.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Jack Lyle Park, 640 Fremont St., Menlo Park, CA 94025 at the northwest corner of Rosener House on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 11 a.m.
