BID - Multi-Year Citywide Asphalt and Concrete Repair Services Project
Menlo Park Public Works Bids
The City of Menlo Park will accept sealed bids for Multi-Year Citywide Asphalt and Concrete Repair Services Project: The work to be done consists, in general, of removing and replacing portions of existing concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, access ramp, driveway, valley gutter, asphalt parking strip, deep-lift asphalt concrete pavement, decomposed granite; and pruning tree roots, repairing storm drain inlets, adjusting manhole and utility structure covers, replacing pavement striping and marking, picking up and delivering and installing City furnished materials, and performing other incidental work as necessary to complete the work at various locations in the City of Menlo Park.

A valid and current State of California Class A, or Class C-8 and Class C-12 license is required for this project. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed according to Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professional Code.
No contractor or subcontractor may be listed or be awarded a contract on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 701 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, CA 94025 at 11:00 am on Friday, January 26, 2018.
