The City of Menlo Park is requesting proposals for Median and Right-of-Way Landscape Maintenance Services per the specifications. Your proposal must be submitted as described in the attached Request for Proposal. Additional documentation may be added if desired. Please review the entire package before submitting your proposal. Incomplete submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. Our goal is to have the successful contractor begin providing services March 1, 2018. The agreement will be for four (4) years with up to four additional one year optional extensions.

Special Requirements:
Contractor MUST attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on December 7, 2017 at 333 Burgess Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Any contractor that does not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meetings will have their proposal declared non-responsive.

Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFP or should there be a need to clarify this RFP, questions or comments regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by the City by way of email no later than 4:00 P.M. PST, November 27, 2017. Correspondence shall be sent to David Mooney, Contract Administrator by way of email at damooney@menlopark.org. Responses from the City will be communicated in writing to all recipients of this RFP. Inquiries received after the date and time stated will not be accepted and will be returned to senders without response.
