Library Book Sorting Room Renovation Project
Menlo Park Public Works Bids
The City of Menlo Park invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid proposals for the Library Book Sorting Room Renovation Project. The work to be done consists in the expansion of the existing City Library book sorting room to include, in general, protection of existing equipment, shelves and adjacent work areas, performing demolition of existing wall partitions , relocating electrical fixtures, a light fixture and equipment, mechanical diffuser, installing matching flooring, new partitions, door and hardware, finishes at floor, walls and ceiling, patching and painting as required all as shown on the plans and described in the specifications with the title indicated in paragraph 3 above, and on file in the Office of the Assistant Director of Public Works. Reference to said Plans and Specifications is hereby made for further particulars as shown on the plans and as specified in the Special Provisions.
