A valid Class A, or a C-12 Contractor's License is required for this project. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed according to Cal. Bus. and Prof. Code § 7000 et seq. Specialized services shall be performed by contractors licensed in the appropriate classifications. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed or be awarded a contract on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Cal. Labor Code § 1725.5.
