The work consists of removing and replacing thirty-seven (37) existing water fountains with bottle filling drinking stations. The scope of work includes indoor and outdoor locations and spans City buildings, parks, and sidewalks.

A valid Class A, B, or C-36 license is required for this project. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed according to Cal. Bus. and Prof. Code § 7000 et seq. Specialized services shall be performed by contractors licensed in the appropriate classifications. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed or be awarded a contract on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Cal. Labor Code § 1725.5.
A non-mandatory meeting for interested bidders will be held at City Hall, 701 Laurel St., Menlo Park, CA 94025 on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at 10 a.m. Any contractors interested in submitting bids for this project are encouraged to attend.
