Annual Community Funding Grant applications due Sept. 20

The City of Menlo Park invites organizations to submit proposals for the FY2019-20 Community Funding Grant Program. The purpose is to provide financial support to local nonprofit agencies whose programs respond to the human service needs of Menlo Park residents. This funding intent is to subsidize the recipient agency, not be the sole support of any organization. Annual resurfacing project keeps streets safe and smooth

Street resurfacing work is currently underway to maintain the condition of our streets. In August, work to keep the City’s streets in good service condition began as part of the 2019 Street Resurfacing project. Parks and Recreation Commission recommends support for master plan update

At the August 28, 2019, the Parks and Recreation Commission voted to support the Parks and Recreation Facilities Master Plan Update and send their recommendation to the City Council. The next step will be at the October 15, 2019,  City Council meeting, when City Council will review the plan for acceptance.
