Please join the City next week in learning more and providing feedback about the creation of the citywide Safe Routes to Schools program. There are two options of meeting dates and locations next week that will cover the same content. Feedback from the community is greatly appreciated and critical to developing a program that will benefit children throughout the City by adapting it to each school’s community. Tennis courts resurfaced at Nealon Park

The City completed a resurfacing repair project on all five tennis courts at Nealon Park. Valuable feedback from our tennis community resulted in new court paint to blue and green. The new court colors will enhance
visibility of the ball for players. The repair work is a temporary fix until full reconstruction of the tennis courts begins this spring. This resurfacing project is part of a face-lift that the all the courts in the City will receive over the next five years. Park James Hotel hosts grand opening celebration

On Thursday, November 1, the Park James Hotel officially opened its doors as Menlo Park's newest hospitality destination. The 61-room hotel is located at 1400 El Camino Real, at the corner of Glenwood Avenue, within the El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan area. Pollock Realty Corporation redeveloped the property, which was the site of a former Shell gas station.
