Midday Shuttle Service Update

The M1-Menlo Midday Shuttle will be temporarily suspended due to staffing issues with our shuttle operator beyond our control. The last day of service will be on Friday, August 31, 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on solutions to continue to provide this service to the Menlo Park community.

For service to downtown Palo Alto, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Stanford Medical Center, Stanford Shopping Center and Sharon Heights, alternative service is available on the Shoppers’ Shuttle. The Shoppers’ Shuttle runs on Tuesdays to Redwood City and on Wednesdays and Saturdays to Menlo Park and Palo Alto. This door-to-door service is free but must be reserved at least a day in advance.

  • Redwood City on Tuesdays, call 650-330-2286
  • Menlo Park on Wednesdays, call 650-330-2288
  • Menlo Park on Saturdays, call 650-330-2289

Service on the M1-Menlo Midday Shuttle will return once staffing levels are stable again, but as a combined line with the M2-Belle Haven Shuttle to create all-day service between Sharon Heights and Belle Haven.

For more information, please contact the Transportation Division at 650-330-6770 or the City's webpage, and stay up to date by signing up for shuttle text alerts.
