On Tuesday, April 17, 2018, the City Council Rail Subcommittee will hold a meeting to review, discuss and provide input on the status of the Ravenswood Avenue Railroad Crossing study.
This project is evaluating the engineering feasibility of replacing the existing at-grade crossings of the Caltrain railroad tracks by building grade separations of the roadways from the tracks at Ravenswood Avenue and possibly also at Oak Grove Avenue, Glenwood Avenue and Encinal Avenue, with a priority on Ravenswood Avenue. There will be time allotted for the public to provide comments and feedback on the Ravenswood Avenue Railroad Crossing project as well as any rail related topics on interest to the City.
The meeting will begin at 5:00pm in the City Council Chambers at 701 Laurel St., Menlo Park. For those unable to attend in person, meetings are also available to stream live or on demand.
The agenda will be posted to the city website at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Details about project meetings and presentations are available on the Ravenswood Avenue Railroad Crossing project page.
