Suburban Park street lighting outage

The street lights in the Suburban Park neighborhood have been out since the evening of Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018. PG&E turned off its power source Thursday as part of a project in the Town of Atherton. These street lights share the same power source as the Town of Atherton’s street lights in the Greenoaks neighborhood. In conjunction with Atherton’s street light conversion project in the Greenoaks neighborhood, PG&E needed to turn off this power source to perform their work. The Menlo Park Main Library marks its 6th Science Night March 8 from 6:30-8:30 p.m., with hands-on fun for all ages. Lawrence Hall of Science will be a part of the event for the first time, filling up much of the library’s Great Hall with its “Build, Engineer, Invent” festival, offering design challenges to bring out the engineer and architect in everyone.
