Tree Removal Scheduled at U.S. Route 101/Willow Interchange

Starting May 8, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin removing trees and shrubs within the U.S. Route 101/Willow Road Interchange. The removal is the first step in an upcoming reconstruction and reconfiguration project for the interchange. On May 3, 2017, police representatives, dignitaries, members of the 100 Club of San Mateo County and fallen officer's families attended the Annual Fallen Peace Officers Memorial Ceremony at the San Mateo County History Museum in Redwood City. Goats Return to Menlo Park

Goats Return to Menlo Park

The hungry weed-eaters will be grazing in Sharon Hills Park for the next two weeks, eliminating the fire hazard of dry weeds and grass. The goats are a non-toxic alternative to using herbicides, one of the many environmentally friendly practices of the City’s Integrated Pest Management Plan.
