New state program provides restaurant meals to older adults

San Mateo County plans to participate in the State of California's Great Plates Delivered program, set up to support older adults who are sheltering in place, unable to access meals, and ineligible for other nutrition programs. Funding and equipment donations still needed

All of San Mateo County is lending a hand to ensure we keep our community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The County of San Mateo is accepting donations of critical personal protective equipment (PPE) from organizations and individuals. What can I donate? Unused N95 respirators and surgical masks.
