Free compost giveaway temporarily suspended due to construction

Due to the impacts from ongoing and planned construction projects at Bedwell Bayfront Park, which will interfere with the safe distribution of compost, the City is suspending compost deliveries for 2020 until an alternative location is identified. Menlo Park maintains water quality with flushing program

Did you know that dead end water mains are often found at the end of cul-de-sac streets and in older neighborhoods? Dead end water mains do not always provide enough flow to keep water fresh and chlorine levels present, so Menlo Park Municipal Water crews schedule preventative maintenance and flush these dead end water mains regularly to ensure high water quality. Adult softball league registration is open, entries due by March 30

It’s time for spring softball! Menlo Park offers a Monday night Co-Ed league, a Wednesday night Men’s C league and a Thursday night Men’s D league, starting with opening day Monday, April 13. The Adult Slow Pitch Softball program consists of an eight-game season with single elimination playoffs featuring the top four teams. Apply by March 19 for chance at $3,000 seismic upgrade grant

Menlo Park homeowners can sign up starting February 19 for a chance at a $3,000 rebate for seismic upgrades to your home's foundation to help protect it from earthquake damage. Property owners must register online or by calling 877-232-4300 before March 19, 2020.
