Affordable BMR homes purchased in time for the holidays!

The City of Menlo Park recently coordinated the sale of three below market rate (BMR) townhomes located on Encinal Avenue. The property, formerly known as the Roger Reynolds Nursery, was recently redeveloped the Marquis by Pulte Homes and includes 24 new townhomes. Major construction activities on U.S. 101 express lanes expected in December

During the month of December, major construction activities will continue on U.S. 101 express lanes from I-380 in San Bruno to the San Mateo County/Santa Clara County. This includes work in Menlo Park from the Santa Clara County border to US 101/ Whipple Avenue affecting freeway shoulders and median, freeway ramps and potentially local city streets adjacent to the freeway. Overnight parking enforcement deferred for the holidays

The City would like residents and their guests to enjoy suspended residential overnight parking enforcement. We understand that many residents are expecting guests from out of town and hosting events during the holiday season. As a courtesy, the overnight parking ordinance will not be enforced beginning Friday morning, December 20, 2019, through Thursday morning, January 2, 2020. Neighbors report coyote sightings in Sharon Heights

Coyotes are an increasingly common sight in suburban San Mateo County, especially in neighborhoods near parks, open spaces and the I-280 corridor. Several sightings have been reported in Sharon Park, and along Lassen Drive, Trinity Drive, Monte Rosa Drive, Siskiyou Drive and Siskiyou Place.
