As you may be aware, the City has embarked on ConnectMenlo, the City’s General Plan update process. The General Plan is a long-term plan that will guide future development, land uses and transportation in the City. As part of ConnectMenlo, the City will be examining land uses and development standards for the M-2 zoning area, as well as mobility issues citywide. The M-2 area is generally located between Highway 101 and the San Francisco Bay and is primarily a combination of industrial, office and research and development uses.
We encourage you to stay informed and welcome your participation at our upcoming events focused on transportation, mobility and connectivity.
