"Avid-art" with Avideh

Join along as Avideh leads us in a mandala art project - centering and integrating the self, in times of confusion or stress, it is a great way of collecting one’s thoughts.
Mandala means circle in Sanskrit. The Mandala design form radiates out from the center with “Magic circle” having ritual and religious symbolism. 

Materials
  • Black ink pen
  • Two pieces of 10 x 11 paper
  • Color pencils, watercolors, or markers
