Previously, a survey was distributed to residents living within 500 feet of Jack Lyle Park as well as to members of the park's user groups.  Almost 400 people responded and are overwhelmingly in support of adding restrooms to the park, with 95% supporting the addition and 4% indicating they were against the addition of restrooms.  The current Capital Improvement Plan includes funding of $200,000 in Fiscal Year 2016-17 for the project.
