Through a collaboration with Northern California Alzheimer’s Association, Menlo Park Senior Center will be hosting a two-day workshop, in Spanish, for caregivers working with loved ones suffering from Alzheimer's and other debilitating diseases. These workshops include hands on activities and trainings that can be used on a daily basis by those dealing with such patients. Participants also will receive informational materials about resources available to them in the County, as well as valuable information about respite opportunities. The workshops schedule is Saturdays, June 10 and 17 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the
Menlo Park Senior Center. For more information about attending, please call
Avideh Yaghmai-Samardar at 650-330-2283 or visit the Senior Center
