Menlo Park’s newest apartment complex, Anton Menlo at 3639 Haven Ave., is now accepting below market rate (BMR) applications! Of the development’s 394 units, 37 are reserved for households that meet the BMR income qualifications. The complex is pet friendly, offers studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, high-end amenities and finishes, open concept layouts and numerous luxurious common amenities. BMR applications must be delivered by hand or mail to Anton Menlo’s on-site leasing office by Monday, May 8, 2017, at 5 pm. The rental criteria is available in advance and the application fee will be waived for BMR applicants. Menlo Anton will be holding a lottery May 12, to put all applications in random order.
