Construction is expected on two major routes, El Camino Real and Sand Hill Road, the week of March 20, 2017. Site work at the site of a future hotel at 1400 El Camino Real is ongoing, and the contractor will be pouring concrete for the underground garage next week. This work will necessitate narrowing northbound El Camino Real to a single lane between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. with the first pour scheduled for Tuesday, March 21. As work progresses, similar lane closures are anticipated to be scheduled in April and May. 

Traffic signal modification work on Sand Hill Road at Sharon Park Drive and at Saga Way will begin Monday, March 20, 2017, and is scheduled to be completed Saturday, March 25, 2017. The work includes upgrading the traffic signal at the intersection. To minimize traffic impacts on Sand Hill Road during this work, there will be one evening of construction from 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017, to 5 a.m., Thursday, March 23, 2017.
