Staff will be conducting two, informal, drop-in meetings for the public to discuss and learn more about the proposed restroom and dog park renovations at
Willow Oaks Park. The first meeting is Thursday, Feb. 9, from 3:30–5:30 p.m. at the park. The second meeting, also at the park, is Saturday, Feb. 11, from 10 a.m.–noon. The purpose of the meeting is to inform and obtain input about the proposed restroom locations, building aesthetics and amenities. The public will also have an opportunity to learn more about the proposed surface material for the
dog park and provide input on proposed amenities such as landscaping, shade structures, seating and drinking fountains. At the open houses, people will also be encouraged to attend a community workshop tentatively scheduled for early March. Stay tuned for more information.
