The annual Halloween Spooky Carnival is Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 4–6 p.m., at the Onetta Harris Community Center. The event features carnival games, a candy eyeball guess, a mummy wrap relay, face painting, balloon animals, temporary hair color station and a costume contest.
