This year, the
Menlo Movie Series hosted one showing at the
Onetta Harris Community Center on Wednesday, Aug. 17, with approximately 30 people attending to watch Jurassic World. The movie series returns next Friday, Aug. 26 to the Paseo at Curtis Street in downtown Menlo Park, for The Minions which starts at 8 p.m.
This year’s Annual Summer Concert Series Presented by Facebook ends with the final concerts of the season at
Kelly Park. Last Tuesday, Aug. 16, “Touch of Class” performed songs from Earth, Wind and Fire, Santana and classic 90s hits. Approximately 150 residents came out to enjoy the music, spend time with family and mingle with neighbors from the Belle Haven community. The next two concerts taking place at Kelly Park include Somos El Son (Salsa) on Tuesday, Aug. 23, and the South Bay Dub Allstars (Reggae), on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016. Both concerts take place from 6-8 p.m.
