Where else would you expect a festive and joyful “senior” prom than at the
Menlo Park Senior Center? The well-dressed, excited crowd of 76 seniors shuffled into the center's ballroom for a chance of a lifetime to dance, enjoy delicious food and mingle with friends. For many, they had missed their high school's senior prom for various reasons, and this was the perfect opportunity to enjoy this memorable event. The photo booth, manned by one of the volunteers, captured each patron as they entered.
The
Menlo Park Senior Center offers daily activities and lunch for those ages 55 and older. It is open weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
