The Police Department is excited to announce two new online services for alarms and parking. These new features will allow online permit processing and payments. Starting in early May, residents will be able to create alarm accounts online, receive monthly invoices via email and process permits in addition to paying account balances. Alarm billing is currently through the same software provided by Progressive Solutions Inc.

In a few months following the online alarm, services will be the online parking services for overnight and plaza permits. The online portal will include purchasing both temporary and annual permits as well as annual permit renewals. The Office of Parking Violations will continue to process all parking permits in the same manner. For questions, please contact the Police Department.
