Construction on Phase 1 of the Chilco Street improvements is expected to start during the week of March 14. The improvements will include new pedestrian and bike paths, placement of a concrete barrier with flexible bollards, asphalt concrete berm, pathway lighting, signage and striping, tree removal, and other related items. Traffic control will be in place and residents should expect impacts due to lane closures, bike path closure and shoulder closure along Chilco Street.
