Elan Menlo Park is the newest residential development to be under construction. Site work began earlier this summer and now Greystar, the developer, has received building permits for all six buildings. Located at 3645 Haven Avenue, the multi-family residential development consists of 146 dwelling units, ranging in size from approximately 700 square feet for a one-bedroom unit to approximately 1,250 square feet for a three-bedroom unit. The majority of the units will be split between one and two-bedroom units. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the latter part of 2016.
