The city managers and community development directors from Menlo Park, Mountain View and Cupertino gathered this past week to discuss issues and opportunities related to the large development proposals from their respective large technology-based companies, including Facebook, Google, and Apple. All parties agreed that the meeting was beneficial and helped to spark new ideas as each community undertakes its own detailed review process. The intent is that the three cities will continue to meet on a regular basis to share information and learn from one another as the various development proposals go through their respective reviews.
