The first task force meeting of the school year was held September 16, via Zoom. The 19 attendees shared updates on school reopening plans, student transportation needs and priorities and brainstorm for future events (Walk to Anywhere Week, Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day). 

The task force meeting is comprised of public school district employees, City staff, police, community members and additional stakeholders. 

Upcoming task force meetings (virtual until further notice) will be: 

• Tuesday, December 8, 9 a.m.
• Wednesday, March 17, 9 a.m. 
• Wednesday, June 16, 9 a.m.
