The developer of the new restaurant located at 1090 El Camino Real (the former British Banker's Club) pulled building permits on February 24, 2015, to begin construction. The project includes interior and exterior modifications to the historic two-story building. The new restaurant would feature a new main entry along Santa Cruz Avenue, and outdoor dining in the plaza and on the new rooftop deck. Construction should be complete by December 2015.
