Over the past two weeks, facilities staff replaced the heater and air conditioning unit at the Onetta Harris Community Center multipurpose room and coordinated interior painting at the Belle Haven Youth Center. An invitation for public bids is posted online for replacement of the chillers at both the Library and Administration buildings. The Administration building chiller (15 years old) failed twice this past year and parts are becoming difficult to replace; the Library chiller is 25 years old.
