Menlo Park’s winter youth basketball program for boys and girls, grades 3 through 8, will hold sign-ups through local schools through October. Participating schools include Corte Madera, Encinal, Hillview, Kennedy, La Entrada, Laurel, Nativity, Oak Knoll, St Raymond’s, Synapse, Phillips Brooks and Woodside. 
 
The basketball league is a recreational, noncompetitive league, organized by the City. The City coordinates the game schedules, scorekeeping and professional referees for the league, which consisted of over 110 teams and over 1,000 players last season.
