Beginning April 29, the City’s Belle Haven Child Development Center program serving children ages 3-5 is accepting applications from qualifying families for the coming year. Enrollment is starting earlier this year to better support and meet the county’s continually increasing child care needs. The program is a Title V state funded program. Enrollment for both subsidized and nonsubsidized families are based on qualifications such as family size, income, need and age of child. Families with income below the 85 percent State Median Income (SMI) may qualify for subsidized services.
