SamTrans plans public meetings to explore future Dumbarton Corridor alternatives

Posted on February 18, 2019 at 7:20 pm by Clay Curtin

The San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans) and Cross Bay Transit Partners are exploring new, environmentally appropriate alternatives for a high-quality, high-capacity public transit system to improve transportation along the Dumbarton corridor. The introductory meetings will discuss the future of the Dumbarton Rail Corridor, and the public is invited to participate and help guide the development of the proposed new connection.

The meetings will include a presentation by project partners on background, goals, funding, timeline and process. Doors will open approximately 30 minutes prior to start time for sign-in and refreshments.
