The City offers two banner slots that can be used for City-sponsored events, nonprofit organizations and community events. There are two locations on Santa Cruz Avenue; one at Doyle Street and the other at University Drive. 

Banner slots can be reserved for the calendar year can be made beginning at 7 a.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the City Corporation Yard. Reservations must be in person and are on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited to a maximum of two consecutive slots depending on availability. Simply complete the banner permit application and submit it at the time of reservation.
