Midday city shuttle service temporarily suspended

Posted on August 27, 2018 at 4:05 pm by Peter Ibrahim

The M1-Menlo Midday Shuttle will be temporarily suspended due to staffing issues with the shuttle operator beyond our control. The last day of service will be Friday, August 31, 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working on solutions to continue to provide this service to the Menlo Park community.

For service to downtown Palo Alto, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Stanford Medical Center, Stanford Shopping Center and Sharon Heights, alternative service is available on the Shoppers’ Shuttle. The Shoppers’ Shuttle runs Tuesdays to Redwood City and Wednesdays and Saturdays to Menlo Park and Palo Alto. This door-to-door service is free, but must be reserved at least a day in advance.

Service on the M1-Menlo Midday Shuttle will return once staffing levels are stable again, but as a combined line with the M2-Belle Haven Shuttle to create an all-day service between Sharon Heights and Belle Haven.

For more information, please contact the City’s Transportation Division or visit menlopark.org/shuttles, and stay up to date by signing up for shuttle text alerts.
