The applicant, Pollock Financial Group (PFG), proposed to convert an existing 48,400-square-foot office building from general office use to medical office use in the C-1 (Administrative and Professional, restrictive) zoning district. The project required the following applications:
Use Permit: The conversion from general office use to medical office use requires a use permit in the C-1 zoning district because there are no permitted uses allowed in the district.
Architectural Control: Design review of the proposed exterior modifications to update the facade of the building.
Heritage Tree Removal: Remove heritage trees and plant new trees
Environmental Impact Report
The project received all required approval actions, and is now complete.
The proposed project required environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. A Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared and circulated for comments. The Response to Comments (Final EIR) was also prepared and made available with the final actions.
