The Sobrato Organization is proposing to construct a new 249,500 square-foot, four-story office building and a new five-level parking structure with one level below grade and approximately 1,340 spaces at 162-164 Jefferson Drive. The project site contains two existing four-story office buildings to remain, each approximately 130,000 square feet in size. The total existing and proposed office development on the parcel would be approximately 510,000 square feet.

Tarlton Properties is proposing to construct a new approximately 120,000 square-foot, five-story research and development (R&D) building with a six-story parking structure integrated into the building.
