SP Menlo, LLC has submitted an application to construct a new eight-story residential apartment building with 105 dwelling units and a community serving retail space. The proposal would include a total of 14 residential units (15 percent) as below market rate (BMR) units, per the requirements of the City’s BMR Ordinance.
The Sobrato Organization is proposing to construct a new 249,500 square-foot, four-story office building and a new four-level parking structure with approximately 1,276 spaces at 162-164 Jefferson Drive. The project site contains two existing four-story office buildings to remain, each approximately 130,000 square feet in size.
