Tennis court keys
Tennis keys provide access Menlo Park tennis courts. Annual tennis keys are valid from January 15 through January 1 of the following year. The fee for the annual key is $63 for residents and $127 for nonresidents as well as those living in unincorporated areas. We do not prorate tennis keys, but a discount will be given for tennis keys purchased after July 1: $42 for residents and $84 for nonresidents. No refunds or credit will be given after key purchase.

Tennis court rentals
Tennis courts are available on a first-come first-served basis, unless a reservation has been made in advance. It costs $17/hour for residents and $22/hour for nonresidents to
reserve a tennis court.
The City of Menlo Park limits tennis court reservations in order to provide optimum court space for the public and community use. Whenever possible, at least 50 percent of each court site will be accessible to the public on a first-come first-served basis. The city reserves the right to reserve additional courts when needed for activities such as city programs, tournaments, summer camps and other uses.

Tennis classes and camps
Menlo Park offers classes for both children and adults, taught by
Jim Heebner at Nealon Park and the
Euro School of Tennis at Willow Oaks Park.

Pickleball is a popular and fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and Ping-Pong into a lively experience for all ages and abilities. Played on a modified tennis court, pickleball is a fun outdoor activity the whole family can enjoy. By popular demand, Menlo Park now has a pickleball court at
Kelly Park.
- No paddles? No problem. Pickleball paddles and balls are now available for checkout from Menlo Park Library at no charge. Request a pickleball set
- Want to reserve a spot? Players can reserve a pickleball court online (no charge) 8 a.m. to Noon, Monday thru Friday
- Prefer drop-in? At all other park hours, the courts are open for drop-in play
- Don’t know how to play? Learn the rules first
