Gymnastics classes

Menlo Park Gymnastics classes are designed to encourage the child's development as an athlete and a person. Classes are taught in a manner that allows the child to succeed, thus fostering a positive attitude toward physical development and personal relationships with other students and teachers. In our classes all students learn valuable skills, whether it is a forward roll or just how to share space in the gym with other members of their class.

Our program offers an opportunity to swing on a trapeze, walk on balance beams, bounce on a TumbleTrak, tumble on a spring floor, vault over a horse, swing on the uneven bars, and play various games that develop strength, endurance, teamwork, and large motor skills. All of this is done in an environment that is nurturing for the young child and is also a lot of fun.

Menlo Park Gymnastics has one of the largest Pre-School movement-education programs in the country. The majority of our classes are for students under the age of 6 years old. The program was one of the first to develop classes designed specifically for preschool children. The classes begin when a child starts to walk.
