Belle Haven Child Development Center provides quality full time child development services. The program is funded by the State Department of Education and administered by the City. The program builds and enhances children's self-esteem by offering developmentally appropriate materials, activities and curriculum that assist children in being:

Staff: The program features a highly trained, committed, nurturing, and bilingual staff with a teacher to child ratio of 1:8.
Meals: Children are provided with an organic breakfast, lunch, and snack daily.
Program hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuition full-day program: $959/month for residents and $1295/month for non-residents.
Subsidized care: Sliding fee scale based upon family income and family size.(*Proof of income is required and all fees are subject to change)
