Oak Grove Ave Resurfacing Project

This project will repave approximately 1,500-lineal-feet of Oak Grove Avenue from Laurel Street to the city limit at Rebecca Lane. Construction will be funded primarily by the Surface Transportation Program (STP) administered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). STP funding allocated to the Bay Area is administered by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) through its Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The MTC appropriates funds locally through the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG).

Federal rules dictate that this project comply with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements administered by the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance. Because of these special contracting requirements, work will be performed under a separate contract from that of the Street Resurfacing Project.
