Renovate and expand the existing building for gymnastics and

Construct a new gymnasium/gymnastics building at the existing site.
Scheme 3:
Construct a new gymnasium at the existing site and construct a new
gymnastics building adjacent to the Recreation Center.
Scheme 4:
Construct a new gymnasium/gymnastics/recreation center at the site
of the existing Recreation Center.
