The following list contains information describing the status of current bids RFP's and RFQ's for specific City of Menlo Park Public Works contracts. The "opening date" listed is the last day a bid will be accepted. Bids will not be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on the opening date. The City sends sets of plans and specifications to 14 plan rooms. How to Obtain Plans and Specs

BY MAIL:

Payment must be received before plans and specifications are mailed. A faxed copy of the check will not be accepted. If you wish to have plans and specifications sent via On-Trac, UPS or Fed-ex, please include your account information along with your check. Plans and Specifications will be mailed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please mail payment to:

BY PHONE:

Payment for plans and specifications will be accepted over the phone by the Public Works Department at (650) 330-6740 if applied by credit card. The City of Menlo Park accepts Visa or Mastercard. You will be required to provide the cardholder's name, account number and expiration date. Plans and Specifications will be mailed within 24 hours. You may also choose to have plans and specifications sent via On-Trac, UPS or Fed-ex, by providing your account number at the time of request.
