Water Conservation Rebates, Incentives, and Giveaways

Menlo Park offers water conservation rebates, incentives, and free fixtures to residents and commercial businesses that are Menlo Park Municipal Water District customers. Please keep in mind that although you may reside in Menlo Park, you may not be a Menlo Park water customer. Find out which water district you belong to by clicking here or call 330-6740.

High Efficiency Toilet Rebate

A $100 rebate is offered to customers that replace a toilet of 3.5 gallons per flush (gpf) or more with a High Efficiency Toilet (1.3 gpf or less). To ensure you will qualify, click HERE to review additional information and requirements.

Washing Machine Rebate Program

A $125 rebate is offered to customers that replace a toilet of 3.5 gallons per flush (gpf) or more with a High Efficiency Toilet (1.3 gpf or less). To ensure you will qualify, click HERE to review additional information and requirements.

Landscape Analysis Program (Commercial and Multifamily only)

A FREE landscape analysis program (a $1,400 value) is offered to commercial and multifamily customers. An irrigation expert will evaluate your site and provide you with a personalized report on how you can improve water efficiency or save on water costs. Limited funding is available per year, and appointments are set up based on a first come first serve basis. Call environmental programs to schedule a audit at (650) 330-6740.

Bathroom Aerator - uses 1 gallon per minute

Kitchen Aerator - uses 1.5 gallons per minute

Low-Flow Shower Head - uses 1.5 gallons per minute

Water Conserving Hose Nozzles (with shut off valve)

Toilet Leak Detection Tablets (two tablets per packet)

Water Efficient Landscaping CD. This user friendly CD contains a searchable plant database, and information on watering recommendations.
